Return Policy

At pattis.place, we want you to truly love what you bring into your life.

Original Art
All original artwork is final sale. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once purchased.

Other Products
Most non-art items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused and in original condition. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email patti@superrealyou.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
Email us at patti@superrealyou.com with your order number, and we’ll send simple return instructions. Items must be shipped back using the provided return label.

Final Sale
Custom pieces, digital products, gift cards, and marked final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’re a small studio with a big heart—if you have any questions or need help, just reach out. We’ll always try our best to take care of you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
