At pattis.place, every order is prepared with care—whether it’s shipped directly from our studio or from one of our trusted production partners.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
Original art created in-house may take a bit longer; if so, we’ll keep you updated.

Where Your Order Ships From
Some products (like printed merchandise) are made and shipped by our production partners to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.
Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as each item ships.
Different items may have different tracking numbers if they ship separately.

Original Art
All artwork is packaged securely and shipped with extra protection. Please open and inspect your artwork soon after it arrives.

Damaged Items
If anything arrives damaged, please email patti@superrealyou.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
